Transaction Manager
CurrentI serve as a Transaction Manager at Mynd Solutions(M1XCHANGE), an RBI-approved TReDS platformdesigned to support MSMEs through invoicediscounting and factoring services. In my role, Imanage transactions ranging from 20 crore to50 crore daily, overseeing the end-to-endprocess of facilitating communication betweenvendors, buyers, and financial institutions. Thisincludes monitoring transaction statuses, securingbids from financiers, handling settlements, andaddressing any queries or concerns from bothparties. Additionally, I raise support tickets forclarifications, collaborate with cross-functionalteams, and guide vendors through the transactionprocess to ensure smooth, timely, and efficientexecution. My work directly contributes to improvingliquidity for MSMEs, helping them better manage theirworking capital and cash flow.
