Key Deliverables: To provide leadership for day-to-day operations for the plant To increase production, asset capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs  Monitor day-to-day production yield, energy efficiency and EHS compliance & controls  Responsible for monitoring the production output, product quality, etc.  To ensure established inventory levels are met while operating at the highest efficiency possible Use Plant Assets and Resources effectively to produce optimal results. Ensure effective return on assets Monitor operational expenses, reduce costs where possible optimizing production and reduce wastages  Minimizing performance bottlenecks for high productivity by ensuring product quality, customer satisfaction & timely delivery Stay up-to-date with latest production management best practices and concepts Directing multi-functional project teams through periodic review process for accomplishing project goals Planning and developing short and long-term goals and objectives annually, and submitting time projections to corporate management for approval Management of change controls of products, process, test method, equipment’s and facilities Provide advice, counsel and analysis in support of existing and proposed manufacturing operations regarding ability to meet design and customer requirements, recommending necessary changes Ensuring cost reduction by implementing new techniques and working on productivity improvement leading continuous improvements through implementation of TPM concept

Key Deliverables: Spearheading the quality operations and handling customer support activities for the entire product range involving Manufacture of Pressed, Welded, Machined and Assembled Auto components for automobile 2,3&4 wheeler  Provide quality leadership to the site and be a key contributor to site management team and Quality Management Team Develop, implement, and execute product and process quality plans that assure conformance to all customer and regulatory requirements Drive for continuous improvements in key areas such as Right First Time, Customer Complaints & Audit Compliance  Manage, train and mentor of Quality Inspectors, as well as assure inspection and test is planned, effective and efficient in mitigating quality risks  Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization Provide ongoing leadership, direction and support for all business quality improvement initiatives. Formulate and manage the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems pertaining to the QA/QC. Establishing the quality system to carry out analysis of customer returns, detect the cause of defect/failure and implement corrective measures  Ensure that products are developed , manufactured, tested and delivered according to established procedures and that they meet all manufacturing process and quality requirements. Responsible for Scrap, rework, sorting and processing costs due to poor quality
