Hi This is Devendra i did diploma in mechanical engineering from State board of bihar and also I did Advance diploma Industrial safety Course from Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education, I have more than 10 year experience in Construction and OIL and gas, Right now I am working in petrochemical Construction plant as a Safety Officer in Bonace Engineering and Represent of HMEL, i have achieved more knowledge from HMEL such as 1- Contractor safety management: Managing project as well as O&M Contractors while project, Pre-Commissioning and commissioning work was under progress simultaneously.2- Cold Insulation work: Ensuring effective control measures during cold insulation work to minimize the chances of occurrence of fire due to the presence of highly combustible “puff material” while the hot work was under progress at many nearby 3- Critical Scaffoldings: Ensured successful erection and dismantling of several types of critical scaffolding like Tower scaffolding (80mtr height), critical cantilever & hanging scaffoldings.4- Inspection & Auditing: Conducting various monthly and weekly audits and inspection to assess contractors’ performance in different areas like- Work at Height, Confined space, LOTO, Electrical safety, Hot work etc.5- Skill ability how to encourage SDO & MLA for every task & activity.6- Excel at directing a cohesive staff in the successful attainment of HSE objective.7- Achieved consistent client satisfaction for completing HSE work without casualties.8- Achieved knowledge of supervising HSE work under construction project.9- Ability to adapt various situations individually and part of team.10- Highly disciplined and obedient.11- Ability to meet target & goal.12- Attractive Supervisory skill.13- Ability to coordinate construction Safety implementation.14- Conducting award and recognition program for the workers / Employees.
