Manage all Stores work and stores team. Material Received & Issue in SAP Package Coordinate with A/C,QS ,QC and all deptt. Prepare Debit note of sub contractor on monthly basis. Preparation of Aggregate, Sand Receiving with Measurement, & Verified Materials/TransportingBills as Per Purchase Order. Check physical stock as per ledger and SAP Package monthly basis. Maintain Stock Register of Steel, Cement, Bitumen, Raw materials & reporting.Daily & monthly basis, Maintain Scrap Register Supervision of all store like as cement go down, Bitumen, HSD, Steel yard, WeighBridge, on daily basis. Reconciliation of materials on monthly basis with Sub contractor .Prepare Assets Physical verification report and sent to Head Office quarterly basis;
