Throughout my career, I have worked with prestigious organizations such as Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. (IOCL) and Oil Industry Safety Directorate (OISD), where I have led various initiatives and projects focused on ensuring operational excellence and minimizing risks.With over 20+ years of experience, I have developed expertise in areas including Operations, Technology, Commissioning, HAZOP, and Shutdown Management. I have successfully led the SEED project at IOCL, in collaboration with Dupont, resulting in significant safety improvements.As a Certified Lead Auditor for ISO-45001, Certified Risk Assessor for COSHH, and Certified Energy Auditor (BEE), I bring a comprehensive understanding of industry standards and best practices. Additionally, I hold a professional diploma in Organizational Psychology, allowing me to effectively navigate the human factors involved in safety management.Throughout my career, I have conducted numerous major process incident investigations, published case studies, and presented as a guest speaker at national and international seminars and conferences.
