 Fully accountable for spearheading Service Operations in the allotted territory and achieving defined Service Reporting Targets & Service Share Managing Service Operation, provide services to the customers and ensure their complete satisfaction. Deftly providing 1 hour service to all GSM customers Map training needs of GSM SSEs, ASC engineers & ASC Customer care officers and provided specialized training inputs on continuous basis to keep the skill levels up to date Prepare and submit structured MIS reports to Head quarters timely. Preparation in advance by downloading MIS reports (Accounting related) and collect the payment from all the vendors & ASC’s to avoid Over Due in their outstanding against the spare purchase. Analyze the call load of entire branch every month to control & monitor the fake calls, wrong practices & also for network expansion & network changes. Provide Component & Chip Level 4 Training to all ASC Engineers (Every Quarter) to improve the repairing level at all the ASC’s to ensure the high customer satisfaction. Reduce the pending calls in the field by daily working on open/pending calls data & also monitor the standby sets details given to customers. Prepare MSL every month and send the rental requirement to warehouse with the PO details (verify their consumption, purchase stock & rental stock) to ensure the proper parts availability at the ASC’s. Monthly Reconcile of parts transactions (Defective, Rentals, Standby sets etc.) with all ASCs. Collect the customer feedback forms every month from all ASCs to improve overall customer satisfaction level. Audit all service centers once in a quarter to improve the process, infrastructure etc. Impose penalty those who are not performing even after warning & follow up audit. Managing the DOA sets & Customer return sets. Self Audit & Fake call report. OD collection (Sending advance aging report & collection also)Specialties: Customer Service, Phone Trouble Shooting, Inventory Managment & Control.
