During my internship at Trumarx, I gained hands-on experience in using Google Appscript, e.g., automation using Google Sheets and provided valuable insights into data management. I contributed to a project that enables automation in sending relevant emails to different clients at the click of a button. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the productivity of the company. This experience enhanced my skills in data management and using AI tools to automate processes. I also had the chance to learn about AiSensy a WhatsApp-based Engagement & Marketing Platform helping businesses drive messaging on WhatsApp. I also implemented email parsing, which records the data from certain email IDs making it easier for the organization to look into the matter and resolve it.
