My journey after completing my professional qualifications started with HSBC way back in 2007. I was fortunate to be associated with best brands like, Genpact, Royal Bank of Scotland, Credit Suisse Group, etc. Gradually, when I realized that influencing people to act positively and favourably while being a good listener, radiating optimism while being good at getting results, taking risks and decision making while handling pressure - were all things I enjoy, I remembered Maxwell: “As a leader, the first person I need to lead is me. The first person that I should try to change is me”. That’s what dawned upon me and set me on the second and most exciting part of my life’s journey. So, here I am: a leader from being a follower: changing the most affected part of an individual’s life: their jobs & careers; helping people grow in mind, change paradigms, and fall forward better than the last time.
