• Supply of aircraft spare parts & associated equipment to Aviators/End Users comprising defense forces of various countries.• Interaction with End User involves receipt of queries/RFQs, scrutiny of parts by cross reference to IPCs.• Interaction with Manufacturers/Suppliers/Stockist & Distributors in various parts of the world.• Submission of quotations/tenders, processing orders received from customers, procurement of spares/components, arrange repair/ overhaul with OEM/supplier/Repair stations.• Responsible for daily work-flow of the department – including shipping and receiving.• Check products against agreed specifications, review quality control system for compliance against legal requirement, temperature and packaging facilities for conformity. • Ensure quality and conformance of products to engineering prints and specifications.• Initiate Non-Conformance reports (Material Rejection Notices) as required.• Document and report inspection findings and results and monitors corrective actions to inspection findings.• Perform accurate mechanical, physical and visual inspection of materials, components, and sub-assemblies as per Inspection Plans and Specification Requirements.• Document information on the computer in various databases and other internal programs; logs the assembly non-conformities and generate reports (NCR).• Deliver material to end user and managing repairable items.• Checking system stock on inventory levels with purchaser.• Maintaining up-to-date records of location of inventory.• Maintaining up-to-date supplier/vendors list.• Reviewing purchase requisitions with originator and Ensuring purchase orders are properly authorized and taking action to process urgent orders.• Obtaining quotations and placing orders.• Enter purchase orders on line - Negotiating prices, terms and conditions with vendors and suppliers to obtain maximum value and service for goods and services purchased.

• Meshing and quality check for model.• Stress and thermal analysis for various projects.• Finite element analysis and finite element methods with hand calculation and interpolate with tool knowledge.
