During a 2-month bench period, I earned my Oracle certification and excelled in Virtusa's internal EIQ examination, leading to my deployment on a ServiceNow client project. I quickly adapted to the technology, earning CSA and CAD certifications while mastering ITSM, CSM, HRSD modules, integrations, and virtual chat agents. To date, I’ve successfully developed and deployed over 100 stories, including catalog items, workflows, integrations, and virtual chat agents, leveraging Agile methodologies to enhance efficiency and minimize defects.
