ECI to WCI.• Vessel nomination acceptance to/from port team and shippers. • Export logistics planning and strategy to meet business requirement• Voyage Estimation and freight Negotiation & Fixing of vessel• Assisting HOD for understanding shipping markets by providing market intelligence• Negotiation and finalisation of Charter Parties clauses• Finalisation of various stevedore contracts• Container stuffing plan, maximum utilisation of container loadability in order to minimise the cost • Finalisation of load/discharge port in order to optimise the shipment cost• Finalisation of Stevedores, Surveyors and port agency• Vessel Operation Supervision of steel cargo at Loadport• Settlements of freight • Prepare laytime calculations & demurrage/despatch settlements• Ensure proper & timely documentation; Charter Party, SOF, Bill Of Lading Issuance, LOI Issuance etc.

• Liaising with Government (Ministry of commerce, Customs, Indian Railways, Central Railways, Central Warehousing Corporation) and Non-Government officials connected to the running projects and to get the various necessary approval time to time.• Business development• Review of various commercial Agreements.• Analysis of monthly performance of ICD throughput• Develop and nurture relationship with all stake holders including government entities.• Build strong, value-driven & profitable long-term Client relationships
