Responsibility includes:• Review and analyze the Uniform Residential LoanApplication (Form 1003) to ensure eligibility, accuracy,completeness, and compliance with internal andregulatory guidelines to minimize risk factors• Conduct due diligence reviews on all required loandocuments such as Tri-merge Credit reports, creditsupplements, payment history for calculating DTI, LTV &CLTV ratios and Asset documents like bank statements,gift letters, investment accounts, IRA and 401(k) accountsetc for closing cost• Trained in Credit Risk Analysis and Capital Review asper Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Underwritingguidelines for Conventional Mortgage as well as FederalHousing Administration (FHA) Mortgage.• Working with team members and management to findsolutions for challenging underwriting scenarios• Prepare reports and effectively communicatingunderwriting decisions with other members of thecompany

Right from conceptualizing the theme of the Convention to coordinating with the distinguished speakers.Theme of the 45th Annual Convention-INDIA IN 2020: TOWARDS A DEVELOPED NATIONThe annual publication of the Department "The Business Economist" is also launched on the occasion of the Annual convention, which features research papers and articles relevant to the convention theme.The cell also aspires to invite industry leaders under its guest lecture series "PHILOMATHES" that culminates in interesting discussions between the students and industry magnates across a range of business topics.

The Corporate Communications Cell is the official link that connects the DBE community with the industry for all non-placement activities. It facilitates student interaction with the industry by opening up channels for communication.

As an equity research intern, I have learnt analysing company's financials, perform ratio analysis, forecast the financial in excel (financial modeling) and explore scenarios with an objective of making BUY/SELL stock. And also involved in research of AUTO ANCILLARY SECTOR (Endurance Technologies).
