As a Rig Asset Manager, he was accountable for the general condition and associated equipment of the Gorilla VI (LeTourneau Technologies Super Gorilla Class Jack-Up). He was responsible for compliance to company standards and provided oversight to ensure all systems and equipment on the rig were maintained to a high operational standard. He actively promoted and complied with Company safety programs and was responsible for ensuring adherence to Company safety standards. Coordinated and collaborated with the Business Unit Management to establish shared goals which optimized the use of Company resources.

Devendra "Raj", worked in the capacity of both Assistant Rig Manager and Asset Manager and was responsible for all aspects of rig management for the Gorilla VI (LeTourneau Technologies Super Gorilla Class Jack-Up), ensuring effective operation in compliance with company, contractual and regulatory requirements. He was accountable for all aspects of Project Schedules and costs and the timely distribution of reports to upper management. In this role, he develop key strategic and operational relationships with client representatives in pursuit of both client and company objectives

Assisted the Rig Manager to ensure operations were planned and carried out in accordance with the Company, Regulatory and Client standards. Supervised and supported offshore management team to foster HSE incident - free working culture, ensured cost- efficiency while maintaining top Service Quality, Client satisfaction, and superior financial returns.

Led the initiatives and coached drilling teams on cultural changes towards improved safety and performance. Managed continuous improvement processes offshore that resulted in the completion of projects ahead of AFE and Target times and with reduced inefficiencies (NPT & ILT).Key Achievements- Coached rig team toward improved safety culture resulting in 2 years LTI’s free and a TRIR < 1.0.- Managed performance optimization programs resulting in 4th to 1st quartile drilling improvement.- Developed Lessons Learned Databases and captured over 800 lessons worth $66 MM- Achieved a lessons learned closure rate of 80%.- Led continuous improvement initiatives focusing on proper planning, gap analysis and lessons learned, that resulted in• 35% improvement in casing RU times• 24% improvement in BOP test timesPrimary Responsibilities- Monitor and analyse the efficient implementation of various well operations programs and help to identify opportunities for performance improvement.- Perform daily operational performance tracking and reporting to compare AFE vs. Target vs. Actual times per phase and per well- Perform gap analysis of plan versus actual times for well operations.- Analyse drilling data for benchmarking of well operation phases- Lead the end of phase and end of well review (AAR) with key drilling personnel to identify cost effective opportunities for improvement- Coordinate and facilitate pre-phase meetings of well operations with client, contractor and service company personnel to mitigate against unforeseen events- Lead the review of lessons learned for each operational phase with the contractor and service company personnel
