I have a proven track record as a turnaround specialist for companies ranging from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups. From an early age, I have had a competitive drive to help companies exceed financial goals. With my education background in finance, I originally planned to pursue a career as a CPA. However, while working as a CFO in my twenties, I quickly realized that my potential lied in my vision for business strategy and my ability to lead people to execute it. As I ascended to leadership roles, I found much fulfillment in utilizing my personality and passion to mentor employees and develop leaders. As the Vice President of IKON Office Solutions, I was tasked with making their underperforming companies profitable. During this time I developed a unique talent for analyzing business functions and discovering ways to make them more successful. As a result, I was able to turnaround companies that were struggling and amplify the success for those that were already strong. Throughout my career I have succeeded in building effective teams predicated on focus. I have a keen sense for talent acquisition and industry-wide recognition for senior executive development.My distinction is creating strategic visions for companies to grow and providing a clear and attainable plan of execution. Today I continue to leverage my experience in helping companies by coaching and mentoring CEOs and business executives. Currently, I serve as a facilitator chair for Sage Executive Group and I also serve as a teacher and business coach for several Fortune 500 companies.
