• Calculating and processing the payment of monthly salary including fixed variable allowance, income tax, Jamsostek and DPLK including others claims for haken staff who working in my company’s client;
• Checking all payroll staff calculation for Invoice and the current month’s summaries salary for all internal haken staff payroll payment to be made; Voucher plus posting, Disket & letter of payroll for bank;
• Preparing all the payroll’s budget for Finance Section;
• Reviewing the monthly salaries to ensure that the payroll data is correct include checking the separation medical claim and payments have been processed correctly.
