I have over four years of experience in finance and accounting, specializing in reconciliation, payment, invoicing, VAT, and WHT processes. I am passionate about delivering accurate and timely financial data and reports to support the growth and sustainability of Evermos, a leading social commerce platform in Indonesia. I am also proficient in Oracle software, which I use to record and organize financial transactions, as well as communication, administration, and analytical skills, which enable me to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, manage multiple tasks and deadlines, and solve problems creatively and efficiently.As a senior finance accounting specialist at Evermos since March 2022, I am responsible for organizing and overseeing the finance 3PL and 4PL processes, from reconciliation to payment and money received. I also ensure the balance between bank accounts and transactions, cooperate with related teams to settle and clear outstanding transactions, and report the payment and withdrawal of 3PL and 4PL. Additionally, I ensure the accuracy of VAT and WHT payments, as well as the invoices and the results of reconciliation. I also conduct biweekly and weekly meetings to review and improve the finance 3PL and 4PL processes. Through my work, I contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of Evermos's logistics and finance functions, as well as the satisfaction and loyalty of its customers and partners.
