Prior to this, I spent about 6 years at Deloitte Human Capital Consulting, in India and 2 years at IBM, in the Talent and Engagement practice, before moving to Munich, Germany in early 2023.I hold a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Labour Relations from the prestigious Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, where I had the privilege to gain exposure across various HR domains and sectors through various internships. I am fluent in English and have conversational proficiency in German.
