This was achieved through in-depth research, and engagement with key stakeholders and global health experts from a cross-section of disciplines- including behavioral science, anthropology, geography, sociology and political science. The team formulated and implemented a robust analytical framework, which included a rapid evidence assessment, expert interviews, focus groups and the organization of a workshop in partnership with TGHN with over 300 participants with hands-on experience in pandemic preparedness, many of whom were field epidemiologists and rapid responders within the CDC.
