Primarily, responsible for solid dosage form development for US, Eu, JP, CA Markets. Job responsibilities include:•To provide the skills necessary for the development of finished pharmaceutical products either from published literature or original ideas.•To perform formulation development, manufacturing and in process testing for products with due regard for cGMP, project priorities, in an efficient and satisfactory manner.•To prepare written reports and other documentation relating to projects being carried out.•To transfer the manufacturing processes for new products into the manufacturing facility for commercial manufacture and complete the required process validation according to cGMP/regulatory standards. •Formulation of solid dosage forms such as Film coated tablets, Orally dissolving tablets.•Evaluation of patents & scientific literature.•Complete preformulation and compatibility studies of various molecules under study.•Evaluation of analytical data during product development.•Preparation of stability protocols and monitoring the same. •Process optimization & Scale-up trials•Preparation of technology transfers documents related to Formulation Development department.•Formulation Development with implementation of DOE.•Implementation of QbD during various phases of Design.
