I hold a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Banaras Hindu University and a Master's in Social Work from the University of Lucknow. My passion for development led me to pursue a Post Graduate Diploma in Development Management from the Indian School of Development Management (ISDM), cohort '24.Over the past years, I have refined my skills in project management, particularly in initiatives aimed at transforming government schools into child-friendly and inclusive spaces during my tenure as a Project Officer with Vigyan Foundation. This experience has deepened my understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the education sector.Currently, I am beginning my new journey as the Fundraising Manager at The Unifly Collective, where I will work to secure resources that fuel impactful projects. This role allows me to merge my strategic acumen with my dedication to social causes, ensuring that we continue making strides towards a better world.I am deeply passionate about the dynamic development sector and continuously seek opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute.
