•Manage the Product, Pricing & Promotion Operations for UK General Merchandise unit of Tesco HSC•Running KPI reports for the team on a weekly basis.•Work on invoice queries from supplier and make sure the correct details matches our system and suppliers to avoid any discrepancies and UC/OC•Ensure products are launched on time for both channels – UK stores & Online•Ensure the products are priced accurately, set up the Promotions and Markdown as per the pricing policy for both channels – stores & online•Escalation point of contact for critical issues•Ensure 100% quality checks are performed on all activities performed by the team•Liaising with different teams including IT in resolving various technical challenges faced thus ensuring team has all the systems related infrastructure up & running•Ensure regular governance with stakeholders, ensuring smooth & timely progress on deliverables•Ensure SOPs and all training documents are up-to date•Encourage ideas as part of Continuous Improvement•Schedule training as per business requirement and roll out the training calendar to the entire department.•Deliver New Hire trainings.•Monitor & provide feedback to new hires for a period of 6 months.•Prepare weekly reports to highlight the performance and send to Category Directors.•Weekly calls with the stakeholders in the UK to discuss any issues and prioritize work for the week.•Product setup and its maintenance (FOB & Domestic).•Managed the Product Administrative Operations and Merchandising for Toys, Nursery, Stationary, Home, Gardening, Sports & Hardware.•Resolving the supplier issues in Supplier Gateway such as NLF & DCAS upload issues (TSG).•Ensure team has proper support/backup documentation for process or exceptions•Accountable for the Maintenance of database which has information on all products and updating them as and when required.•Update and maintain issue logs, daily activity tracker etc. for the whole category.
