Six years of professional experience in computers and plenty of time spent troubleshooting and using computers outside of a professional setting. I've worked primarily as a system administrator on Windows servers. Much of that time was also spent in small IT teams so it has always been necessary to cover a wide variety of any tasks that might be required from an IT team. Experience in utilizing a help desk and troubleshooting both hardware and software both remotely and locally. User provisioning, computer imaging, active directory management, and working with both IT and non-IT users to implement various IT priorities. I took a hiatus from my career to focus on personal interests but now I'm ready to return to the workforce and get back into the IT world. I have always remained connected to computers and hardware due to personal interests. I look forward to continue learning about the IT world including acquiring new IT certifications.
