Experienced IT member with a demonstrated history of working in the security industry. I have experience with various camera manufacturers such as Axis and Hanwha. My access control and video management platform of choice is Genetec as I have 5 years of experience on the platform. I have been involved in several projects that involve building a functioning security system from the ground up including network, server, and physical end device installation, software configuration, and configuring the software to customer specifications regardless of how often that may change.I also have experience in service related tasks such as receiving tickets from customers, reaching out for more information, and remedying situations in timely manners according to SLAs. This also means that yes, I am available after hours if its an emergency.Some of my current growth outlooks involve the cybersecurity world with a focus on learning about policy and how that can affect a company. I am also pursuing a graduate degree in IT management through WGU with the hopes of moving into a leadership role in the near future.
