Manage and execute Kawasaki motorcycle, and sport side by side demo events. Train and manage large teams across multiple tours. Launched three separate tours that have grown to four and all are running strong today. Planned for the largest of those tours including the sourcing of five truck and trailer rigs, all promotional equipment, interviewing and training of managers, event site visits, client communications, and tour launch. Drive tractor trailers and or truck and trailers. Setup, breakdown, emcee, event reporting, recaps, expense reports, travel management for myself and other managers, and weekly conference calls with office, tour, and client personnel.
