Includes sourcing candidates using a variety of recruiting methods, managing relationships with outside vendors to provide the company with alternative means of recruiting and strategizing with People Services Manager and hiring managers in determining the needs of the unit and a hiring strategy to meet the business objectives.• Establishes a recruiting strategy by analyzing job descriptions and management feedback, customizing processes as well as staying abreast of industry trends and local labor market conditions.• Recruits, interviews, screens, complete reference checks and makes hiring decisions in collaboration with local management at the Agent and Supervisor level. May consult with hiring manager regarding potential candidates and assists them in their final decision at the agent/supervisor level. Finalizes offers in accordance with employment and compensation policies. Processes appropriate paperwork.• Identifies creative sources for recruiting qualified candidates through a variety of continually expanding means to include database, Internet, newspaper advertising, job fairs, professional organizations, community agencies, and colleges. Strategize with business unit to determine other possible sources.• Ensures that hiring process is followed in an appropriate manner.• Initiates and implements special projects in order to help “grow” the staffing function internally as well as within the community.• Ensures compliance with applicable federal and state legislation/regulations, and People Services policies and procedures to prevent and/or minimize potential liability to the company.• Acts as a backup to the People Services Manager• Maintain a positive attitude and support ACCENT’s Commitment to Excellence• Perform other duties as assigned

The Training Specialist is responsible for delivery of classroom training within a call center environment. Classes conducted include new hire and continuing education. Majority of training will be delivered to Customer Service Representatives.• Delivery of classroom training material included but not limited to, new hire programs, enhancement training, and other customer and corporate offerings• Professional interaction with ACCENT clients• Willingness to work flexible schedules to accommodate training class requirements• Creating reports for ACCENT leadership clients• Providing leadership in a classroom environment• Maintaining classroom supplies• Identify new or revised methods for adult learning situations• Meet department performance goals on a consistent basis and strive for continuous improvement• Demonstrate a positive approach to all aspects of the ACCENT business• Adhere to ACCENT’s policies and procedures• Work with quality assurance and production teams to evaluate effectiveness of all workshops• Conduct regular and on-going need analysis through various methods including but not limited to call evaluation, observations and questionnaires• Complete special projects as required• Maintain a positive attitude and support ACCENT’s Commitment to Excellence• Perform all other duties as assigned
