Majoring in Psychology and minoring in Informatics and Data Science at the University of Washington.Within my studies, I work to combine these fields of cognitive psychology, human-computer interaction (Informatics), and data science to gain the skills needed to become a well-rounded member of a product team. I am involved in clubs such as Phi Sigma Rho the engineering sorority on campus where I am the Alumni and Networking committee head, Special Olympics a competitive unified sports group with people who have intellectual disabilities, and UW students where I am the VP of Outreach, and WINFO (Women in Informatics) member.

As a Product and Market Analyst, I was part of the entire research process from qual/quant survey design, data collection and statistical analysis, data visualization, and reporting. Some of the work I have done while in this role includes a global concept test for product pricing/packaging for the Microsoft 365 product team to compare perceptions at a global scale, a paired qual/quant project to evaluate icon design options for the Microsoft Teams product and UX groups, customer perception research for Amazon’s cybersecurity team to improve security procedures and customer support, and brand tracking and concept test reports for Facebook products such as Messenger, Facebook Stories, and Instagram to influence market messaging and feature designs based on consumer opinions.

As a UX product design intern, I designed a new custom cross-platform tracking solution for Freethink to better analyze, test, and compare content performance using a human-factors design approach. I worked with both with UX and Product Management teams to create high fidelity interaction designs in Figma and even administered a click-through feature demo for a client to gain usability insights to inform future designs.
