Devin Lemke has 8 years of professional experience in water use consulting as well as academic and practical experience in geology, hydrogeology, hydrology, and ecohydrology. Her knowledge and technical skills include an advanced understanding of water use/consumptive use permit and application preparation, water-supply development and resource management, groundwater flow modeling, hydrologic impact analyses, water conservation, and sustainability. Devin also has a history in project management; technical report writing, organizing and processing large scientific datasets, water quality monitoring network designs and management, alternative water-supply development, geologic mapping and interpretation; extensive use of ArcGIS/ArcPro, and data collection in both laboratory and field settings.Devin’s field experience includes aquifer performance testing, water quality sampling, and wellfield mapping as well as creating associated well inventories, performing well construction-related oversight, conducting geophysical borehole logging and interpretation, and providing wetland delineation. During her academic training, Devin completed several intensive field studies through the University of South Florida, which involved Florida hydrogeology as well as geologic mapping of complex structural environments in Idaho and Southern California.
