With over 24 years of experience in the US Navy, I am a dedicated and driven program manager who oversees the safety of workers and the preservation of resources. I am passionate about ensuring compliance with the procedures and regulations that govern essential work. I have a strong technical background in shipboard operations, maintenance, testing, and process improvement. I have performed the duties of a maintenance supervisor, a nuclear propulsion plant watch supervisor and contributed to completing many critical milestones to deliver timely assets in a shipyard environment. As a department head, I have been responsible for the planning, training, and execution of complex evolutions across multiple departments. My Navy nuclear propulsion background is the foundation for my attention to detail and a keen eye for root cause analysis and process improvement. I leverage my organizational leadership, operational planning, and supervisory skills to remove obstacles and motivate teams to create a culture of excellence and give their best to deliver high-quality results.
