Project Manager
Current- Lead and manage to completion complex, large and small scale business, compliance and risk projects within the organization utilizing the waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Responsible for leading planning sessions with project customer(s), project team(s) and stakeholders in defining/developing project plans, deliverables and schedules.
- Review, manage and report on project health using project status reports, issue logs, risk logs, and team action records; ensures project interdependencies are identified and managed appropriately.
