• Led integration the third acquisition in company history (Limelight) into Lutron corporate management and processes, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Engineering, Service, Manufacturing, and Quality functions. • Responsible for gross margin and fill rate of acquired product family. • Acted as key member of due diligence team to vet acquisition readiness and potential.
