I am currently the supervisor of the attached housing team handling rowhome and condo valuations for the county, roughly 70,000 parcels. rowhomes were restructured across the city in 2023 and condos are the target for 2025

I was responsible for four areas of single family homes in the city of Denver including Hilltop, Capitol Hill, City Park, and Elyria-Swansea. These homes are very diverse and some present appraisal challenges due to their unique nature. I have defended the property values assigned to properties at a variety of hearings including the state Board of Assessment Appeals. While working at motor vehicle, I processed titles and renewals of vehicle registrations for citizens. I have worked with citizens to register all kinds of vehicles in all types of situations, from vehicles that came in from out of the country and required translation of the documents to the largest concrete pumper truck in Colorado and everything in between. Some of these events required over one hundred staff to execute with multiple kitchens on site producing different types of food. I checked on client satisfaction and used my experience in the restaurant industry to come up with creative solutions. I also started banquet captain communication training to help the captains better relate to their staff. I contracted with another company to fulfill inspection orders and filled in for areas that are running behind or close to deadlines. I performed over 20,000 inspections on properties over the three years the company operated and reviewed countless more inspections completed by subcontractors. Owning a business is a lot of work and a lot of long hours, often requiring 6-7 days a week of work for long periods of time and very little time off.
