As a Warehouse Employee at Penguin Publishing Group, I am responsible for managing the our sorting process for large amount of book returns and diving good books from damaged. I have been working in this role for over a year, and I have earned three certifications from LinkedIn related to being positive at work, writing business emails, and time management. Before joining Penguin, I was an Operations Specialist at Safe Hiring Solutions LLC, where I performed background checks on applicants for various schools and corporations. I have also worked as a Customer Service Representative at R.P. Lumber Company Inc., where I helped customers and contractors find the hardware and building materials they needed. I have over four years of experience in operations and customer service, and I pride myself on my attention to detail and building trust with clients and colleagues.
