Current• Supervise branch employees and oversee hiring, discipline, training, promotions, scheduling and manage training budget• Manage employee and customer retention and relationships• Responsible for and measured by service completion, re-services, & customer retention• Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers• Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans• Monitor employee work and provide frequent progress reports
