Built and manage Rakuten's card-linked offers engineering team and platform with over 7.5 million users. Used by publishers like Rakuten Rewards, Google Pay, Citi, and Cartera. The platform offers 150+ in-store and online offers that users can link to and get rewards by shopping. The APIs serves both publisher requests and offer management. Multiple consoles were created to manage offers/store location and member service requests. ♦ Guided the team on engineering vision expanding the product to have microservices, serverless implementation, K8S, event-based design, and AWS infrastructure.♦ Managed the engineering team working closely with product to define OKRs and product roadmap. ♦ In charge of day-to-day operations working on improving our development processes from agile processes, architecture design, code reviews, tech debt, engineering improvements, CI/CD, QA/testing strategy, and dev ops.♦ Managed engineering team members focusing on code quality, speed, design, personal growth, and professional growth. ♦ An integral part of the team that created the new Global hawk pilot Ground segment software. Designed and implemented in all areas of the system using Java (JEE), Flex (front-end) and C++. ♦ I was a key contributor in bringing in and integrating a C++ software reuse service to communicate with the communication links and our system. ♦ Created/designed a web-based flight playback tool to replay a flight and diagnose issues.♦ Created a parts tracking system to track where hardware in the field.

♦ Assisted in the conceptual and tactical creation of a robust and integrated element management system for Solectek's Wimax product line. ♦ Participated in the development of automated test equipment for the factory. Utilized .NET technology to deliver a TCP, performance-based testbed for a wireless 802.11PTP system.♦ Performed quality assurance tests utilizing functionality, compatibility, and security methodologies to ensure the development team has adequate feedback. Developed and executed a highly detailed test plan for the management system.♦ Authored, debugged, compiled, and delivered a proprietary, java-based TCP client/server application. This application bridges the secure communication channel between the management system and a PIC across a CPCI backplane. The application also polls the PIC for Base Station statistics and seamlessly writes the corresponding data into a MySQL database.
