I cooked breakfast for the residents and also ran a Bistro inside the facility Monday-Friday.

My duties consist of the preparation heat-up and delivery of breakfast lunch and dinner services to our clients. As Event Lead Chef I am responsible for all kitchen staff. Maintaining quality and assuring all kitchen tasks and clean-up is performed in an orderly and timely fashion.

As a member of the Sunol Valley team for over 15 years I performed every task that a Chef/cook would be asked to. From ordering of products supervision and training of employees to ice carvings. I also was in charge of maintaining the quality of our café. From breakfasts to soups to sandwiches and salads. Meanwhile being the mainstay in our upstairs banquet facilities. After a enjoyable and wonderful experience at Sunol I decided that I wanted to try some new and exciting challenges in another line of work. I can expand more upon this in person.

I started out as a dishwasher at the Fish Emporium and worked my way up to Kitchen Manager after 3 years there. My duties as Kitchen Manager were to maintain quality of the food to the standards of the owner/manager. Hire and train all kitchen staff. Assist the Owner/Manager in the ordering and cost control of all products. Maintaining a clean and orderly kitchen at all times. Supervising the line for dinner service every night.This was my first job.
