The Senior Fleet Manager reports to the Chief Financial Officer at ACRT Services. This position is responsible for leading the ACRT Fleet organization. The scope includes all activities associated with providing a safe, well maintained, and “user friendly” fleet. To achieve objectives, the Senior Fleet Manager must effectively lead the fleet team, use positive influence with peers and leadership to push fleet initiatives forward in the organization, and take action to strive for continuous improvement in fleet processes.

Manage five union contracts, 100 + commercial drivers, 9 Mechanics, 12 direct reports, and fleet. Ensure on-time service, tracking, and reporting. Lead, coach, counsel, discipline, and mentor supervisors, drivers, and employees. Maintain compliance with D.O.T, State of CA (B.I.T), OSHA, and safety regulations. Manage 32-million-dollar budget, control cost, shop and inventory.
