In this role I work hand and hand with customers from seed to harvest to make sure that maximum yield potential is getting achieved. I also assist in operations when needed in the field during spring and fall.

In this role I worked very closely with the crop specialist in going on farm visits, talking to customers, ordering seed, and more. I also was the head of safety for the plant and held safety talks and walk-throughs every month. In this position I was also running the dry shed, making and scheduling tickets, and assigning the operators day on AgLogic.

While going to school I worked here as an operations intern getting to load trucks, run the chemical shed, load dry fertilizer and more. In May of 2022 I took on the role of Agronomy Associate here and worked very closely with the crop specialist learning the ins and outs of the job.
