I was trained in how to properly review plans for Multi-Family construction and gained extensive knowledge of Procore. I was personally tasked with assisting in the construction of the Clubhouse and also walking framing throughout the job. Walked MEPs throughout the job for multiple buildings and also assisted in the final punch for finished units that were then checked by our QC team. Received experience handling the construction process from starting framing on slabs to turning over buildings to management. Also, reviewed ADA requirements for the first two buildings and clubhouse. Personally assisted in punching out and turning over the Clubhouse, units and detached garages
