As a Ophthalmic tech I learned many things about the eye and all the tests that an Optometrist does, as I performed most of the tests. Not only was I required to do tests and preliminary procedures I was also responsible for taking and making calls, checking patients in and out, cleaning the office, and most important how to handle certain situations with customers and patients.
