I'm a recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Madison with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Mechanics, Aerospace Option, and a strong passion for Mechanical Engineering. My academic journey has equipped me with a solid foundation in engineering principles, and I'm excited to embark on the next phase of my career.My experience as a Mechanical Engineering Co-op at Midwest Paper Group allowed me to apply my skills in computer-aided design and finite element analysis to solve practical problems. During my tenure, I designed and installed cost-effective solutions, such as an air cannon cutting device and a cone cleaning widget, resulting in significant cost savings and reduced machine downtime. I also had the opportunity to teach AutoCAD to new interns, which was a fulfilling experience.My education at the University of Wisconsin - Madison, with relevant coursework in Aerodynamics, Advanced Dynamics, and Advanced Mechanics of Materials, has provided me with a strong academic background. Additionally, I hold a Certified Onshape Associate certification and have proficiency in various 3D modeling and analysis tools.I'm enthusiastic about applying my skills and knowledge to real-world engineering challenges.
