Directed the operations of twenty centers to ensure that individual locations, as well as the total division, reached or exceeded all financial objectives. Continually monitored all centers and held local management accountable for center appearance, marketing, collections, compliance, and customer service. Recruited and selected team members who accepted.

Initial position included the direct management of a local center and the oversight of 3 additional centers. Provided leadership in all areas of management including employee selection and hiring, employee reviews and terminations, staff training, scheduling, and employee motivation and support. Led the efforts for to maintain and improve company financial.

Led all initiatives in the management of this high-end sports equipment and clothing retail operation. Directly responsible for employee selection and training, scheduling, sales development, and store operations for this $5M, 60,000 sq. ft. location. Additional duties included payroll forecasts and budgeting, register balancing, deposits, sales floor.
