Accountable for fulfilling P&L expectations for the new growth market to achieve the financial goals of this publicly held company which has a complex business model combining the aspects of full scale Convenience Stores, Fueling Stations, and Fresh Food Restaurant Concepts.  Grew sales of the most recent group of 10 stores which averaged 7 months of tenure to $2.4 M in combined monthly Merchandise/Restaurant sales and 2.4M gallons of fuel sold monthly. Led the initial steps of developing the companys new training program including the 10 week Management Training Program for our store leaders. Managed customer service, merchandising, food safety and sanitation, plus selling, in stock conditions, facility management performance far and above industry standards Streamlined the companys new store inventory ordering and stocking programs. Worked with our IT department to rectify a lingering credit card technical issue which had plagued cash management to a significant degree in many stores for years.  Managed the construction, permit, TABC, and licensing process for new store builds to aid in effective timing of hiring, training, and developing of new store openings and teams. Crucial in the companys development of its new ‘Customer Focus Program’ which is now posted on its front and back doors.
