Before we make a sale, I help design cybersecurity and networking solutions that meet our customers' needs.• After the sale, I'm there to put those plans into action and solve any problems that pop up with the network security. I also make sure to write down all the important steps and troubleshooting tips so we have a record of how everything works.• I'm always learning about new technology and ways to improve our products, and I like to share that knowledge with our customers. Whether it's explaining how our products work or showing off new features.

This involves developing comprehensive plans to optimize project timelines and resources effectively.•Furthermore, I provide L3 technical support, handling escalations and complex issues mainly related to enterprise networking, cyber security and platform performance.• In response to customer requests, I deploy data center (DC) technologies such as VMware, HyperV, and cloud environments like Azure and AWS. Prior to deployment, I ensure thorough testing and validation to guarantee seamless integration and functionality.• Moreover, I play a key role in implementing relevant security standards, best practices, and governance frameworks such as ISO, ITIL, and CMMI. This involves assessing and aligning organizational processes with industry standards to enhance security posture and operational efficiency.

• During my internship, I had the opportunity to delve into a variety of technical areas, including network infrastructure, cybersecurity, data center, and cloud implementations. • This hands-on experience allowed me to gain valuable insights and practical skills across these domains. • Throughout my internship, I also had the responsibility of handling tickets akin to L1 and L2 support levels. This involved addressing user inquiries, resolving technical issues, and providing timely assistance to ensure minimal disruptions to operations. • Overall, my internship experience provided me with a well-rounded understanding of various IT disciplines and equipped me with the skills necessary to tackle real-world challenges in the field.
