Good afternoon, thank-you for reading my summary. From 2013-2018 I was employed in the United States Marine Corps as a "MOS 6469", an Aviation Electrical Technician. I spent 2013-2014 in Recruit Training, Combat Training, and then Avionic Technical training in Pensacola Fl. From 2014-2016 I specialised in troubleshooting and repairing F-18 components in MALS-11, isolating faulty subassemblies in a wide range of sensitive equipment, as well as calibrating and repairing faults in our support equipment. I utilized a wide variety of troubleshooting tools including schematics, publications, external power supplies, oscilloscopes and multimeters. Not only was I trusted to perform maintainance and repairs, I also performed in a Maintainance Control billet from 2016-2017. During this time I oversaw logistical control, aided team leadership in prioritizing assets by their availability and demand, and acted as a liaison to supply networks to provide expedited support to our customers, F-18 pilots. These duties also consisted of keeping track of maintainance records and ensuring proper maintainance was being complied with, and I was held accountable for millions of dollars worth of assets. After my year of fulfilling these duties, I rotated back to my team and worked as a middle level personnel supervisor, delegating tasks and instructing my personnel on proper troubleshooting methodology. During this time I spent a considerable portion mentoring the personelle in my charge, ensuring their qualifications were maintained and that they were properly performing maintanance tasks.
