The entrepreneurial bug bite me at an early age. While other children wished to be a firefighter, astronaut, movie star... I was more intrigued by what drove these businesses behind the scenes. Volunteering to be "banker" when Monopoly was brought out at family gatherings should say a lot about me. Not only to make sure there was no cheating, but the idea of counting the money and helping people manage assets felt fun to me. Crazy, I know.Accounting started as a backup plan that seemed like a good skill to have when running a business. As I dove deeper into this industry, I became more enthralled at the idea of wearing many hats and being a pivotal piece to business owners. This way, I could quench that entrepreneurial itch, without needing an invention or big brain idea to run with.So, I have done customer service roles, self managed high-income portfolios, crouched alongside team members in the proverbial tax season trenches, and performed year end engagements of many different industries and sized businesses. I continue to pursue my education and add onto my work experiences, to continue providing timely support and value to my clients.When I am not being everything for everyone (working), you can find me enjoying time my cat (Perogie), watching the latest games of hockey (go habs!), or tinkering with some sort of electronic device. A gamer at heart, and avid computer techie.
