A decade of experience managing teams and studios might not seem like a lot- but with the innovation surrounding the way the E-commerce Imaging is changing- it's been a wild ride. While, by title, I've been managing front and back-end teams within e-commerce studios, I've kept focus on continuous improvement and data analysis. Some of the biggest accomplishments within my career stem from modeling datasets collected by our tools (or even creating those datasets for future collection) and building mechanisms that allow like-minded partners within the organization to find what they may not have known they were looking for. When at my best, I am teaching others how to follow proven methodologies to find efficiencies, statistically prove value, and confirm results. As a disciplined Staff Sargent in the United States Air Force until 2013, with multiple Operation Enduring Freedom deployments with the 33rd Helicopter Rescue Squadron, I embrace the turbulence and live for 'the mission'.I never knew that my passion for creating things from scratch- be it art, carpentry, mechanical and software engineering, or processes and programs- would weigh so heavily in my engagement.
