Enhanced Services District Coordinator
Current- Act as the City’s first point of contact for inquiries from stakeholders, City Bureau contacts, district representatives, City Council and Mayoral offices, and the general public regarding the City’s Enhanced Services District (ESD) Program, - Write, oversee, and manage contracts between the City and each ESD, working directly with the ESD, Revenue Division, up to 8 different Bureaus, the City's legal team, and the Chief Administrator. - Lead process management in ESD contract renewals or amendments. - Present Annual Reports on ESD work to City Council. - Create formal pathway via an ESD Handbook for ESD formation, expansion, and renewal.- Implement updates to the ESD Program based on recommendations from third party consultant who responded to an audit of the program conducted in 2020. - Work with stakeholders interested in changes to existing ESD Programs and districts/people interested in forming new districts. - Participate in, and at times lead efforts to improve the City’s governance model regarding ESD formation, administration, and oversight.- Act as ex-officio Board member on the Board of Directors for each ESD.
