Achievements: 2023Delivered 6M ZAR above target in the Lubricants category attributed to a competitive pricing strategy.2022Capitalised on value leakages in the business operations by removing a supply chain partner, resulting in reduced lead times to maximise commercial value across the Mobility network with an estimated annual saving of 7,5M ZAR.2020 & 2021Designed and led a cold calling lead generation campaign that resulted in won annualised volume of 40+ million litres of fuel.2019: Led a team of various agencies (Creative, Digital, Media and Public Relations) in driving the conceptualisation and implementation of a local sponsorship. Completed the execution of two TV commercials in support of the strategic rationale, the videos were viewed over 1,4 million times during the campaign period. A micro-site was built in support of the campaign. 2018: Secured a local sponsorship for 3-years. Demonstrated leadership in executing an integrated end-to-end campaign in support of the local sponsorship, generating a Public Relations value of over 24 million ZAR, a circulation reach of 440 million+ and had 680+ twitter impressions during the campaign period. Successfully established a local Facebook page for Shell Downstream South Africa. Received the Young Woman Achiever Award and Chairman’s Award for leading a nation building campaign.2017: Led the digital agenda for Shell Downstream South Africa, successfully revamped the Shell co.za website for industrial and commercial Lubricants.2016: Led the design and implementation of the marketing development fund process for the reseller network, first go-live payment made in November. Supported the Lubricants Sale’s team to reach their Sales 1st Flagship.
