Currently I am working with Child Rights and You (CRY), Delhi as a District Coordinator in Udaipur with Department of Women Empowerment (DWE), Udaipur on BetiBachaoBetiPadhao wherein I was responsible for the planning and organizing of the capacity building programs for line department (Health, Police, Education, ICDS, WE, SJE, DCPU) of Adolescent Empowerment on the subject like Adolescent Schemes, their role and responsibilities and laws related to them.Previously I was associated with Commissionerate of College Education, Jaipur Rajasthan as a Rajasthan State Head and looking after the Skill Development Program within the Government Colleges in 15 Districts of Rajasthan” with the support ofHed Expert Pvt. Ltd (Xcelerator). Prior to that I was working as a Child Protection Expert in Antakshari Foundation Jaipur in UNICEF supported project “Strengthening Child Protection System in Rajasthan”. I also had rendered my services as a Program Coordinator at Vikalp Sansthan at Jodhpur (2011-2015). Being a development professional with have academic background, I have 12 years of relevant experience and expertise in working for the development issues including of child development and Child Protection, education, women rights & empowerment with human rights based approach, DRR, water & sanitation, food security, livelihood development as project key person like Child Protection Expert etc.I want to make meaningful and positive contribution to the rural transformation for the benefit of poor and vulnerable. This section of society can be uplifted, so they can stay with the main stream of the society. For our nation growth it is necessary to carry both urban and rural area in the process of development. I found the Zeal inside me to serve the rural people especially Children in mainstreaming them into the society and making all the possible efforts in providing the rights and entitlements. As I am working with UNICEF project in Ending Child Marriage in Udaipur District in Rajasthan. I am keen to work in Udaipur as I am working in Udaipur from past 3 years and very much familiarwith the location and its culture and language spoken. I also have good liaisioning with the administrative officials and other CSOs. So, I consider myself suitable for delivering the Objectives of your project as desired and giving positive results to your esteemed Organization.
