I also assisted in the implementation of a new crash cart design that optimized response to hemodynamically unstable patients and worked with VA residents to research mortality associated with digoxin.

My work at Behind the Scenes was anything but predictable! My adaptability was in constant use to find creative solutions to problems and fresh ideas for upcoming projects. I spent the majority of my time on fulfillment projects, however, I was also moderately involved in the planning and administration of numerous trade shows and private events. A subset of the unique projects that I was involved in are listed below. - Luggage Gift Program: I directed a team of 8 individuals to design, package, and ship suitcases containing personalized information for 3,000 members of a hotel loyalty program. My responsibilities included client management and communication, customer service for the members, and troubleshooting along the way! - Contact Databases: This small business allowed employees to maintain their own set of contacts using whatever system they were most comfortable with. To make project communication more efficient, I designed a database system to compile information on each client that would allow more transparent and positive communication during projects to help meet deadlines and increase client satisfaction. - Luxury Hotel Conference: I assisted in the planning and execution of a management conference for over 1,000 attendees. My responsibilities included the creation of forms for use during the conference, design of an application for attendee check-in to be used by concierges, scheduling, and execution of decor plans.
