Responsible for oversight of the compliance programs for Nephrology Practice Solutions (NPS) and Falcon Physician. Experience building out compliance top notch compliance programs under a CIA.

Responsibilities:Maintain a working knowledge and understanding of relevant health care laws and regulations related to DaVita's corporate compliance and the health care industry.Develop and implement project plans to evaluate business initiatives and processes, identify compliance risks and coordinate process improvement activities, includes tasks such as data analysis, creation of assessment tools and surveys, industry and regulatory research, policy and procedure development, corporate communications, audits, etc.Prepare and provide accurate and timely verbal and/or written reports and recommendation on assigned projects to Compliance Management and other relevant teammates.Manage the development, implementation and maintenance of corporate privacy policies and procedures, training, and other related processes.Monitor, investigate, and oversee remediation plans related to privacy complaints and violations.Serve dialysis facilities and corporate departments as a resource for compliance issues. Direct and/or coordinate responses as necessary.Participate in new and/or ongoing workgroups, committees, etc., to provide compliance input into operational activities.Deliver exceptional customer service to internal business partners while balancing multiple competing interests and projects of considerable complexity.

Responsibilities:• Management of reversal process including identifying process inefficiencies.• Assist client services with the client lifecycle process and manage Best Practices role with client accounts.• Identify and meet reporting needs on client accounts.• Facilitate collaboration cross departmentally on strategic planning and execution, process mapping and training• Develop, maintain and manages processes owned by Best Practices• Oversee the daily operations of Best Practices Services for advertisers.• Evaluate existing internal compliance programs & make recommendations to improve• Prepare monthly compliance reports presenting compliance issues and actions taken to resolve• Conceptualize, develop, and launch innovative client services for advertising partners.• Collaborate with Client Services and Ad Sales to identify business opportunities.• Use client feedback to identify new needs and improve services.• Investigate and manage all advertiser non-compliant cases through the Violation Resolution process.• Make recommendations and work with management to develop new SOPs to improve operational efficiency. • Communicate regularly with the Senior Compliance Analyst regarding client monitoring needs.

• Conduct investigations on accounts and customers including account activity and verifying customer information.• Maintain a specialized knowledge of banking, compliance and internal controls, KYC, OFAC and BSA.• Continue an ongoing education of current AML topics and trends.• Refer to OFAC, CIA, and FATF to determine risk.• Create spreadsheets in Microsoft excel presenting account activity.• Document the outcome of investigations and Write SARS on accounts deemed unusual.• Provide all backup documentation for SARS and Enter case information into ICMS.• Conduct investigations on commercial loans using AFS and consumer loans using IBSI.• Investigate Foreign Exchange wires, conduct due diligence, update and maintain daily wire report.Key Successes• Over 250 SAR cases written and sent to the federal government.• Successful implementation and management of ongoing education program with federal and state government agencies.
